Each Railroad Factory product may look unique, but the engines, transmissions and other drive train components come from well-known auto and truck manufacturers. That means that many of our customers have a good local source for critical parts and service, and our systems will be familiar to local mechanics. Of course, we also stock those common parts, and can deliver them worldwide.

Our engineers and technicians regularly travel to customer locations all over the world to assist with repairs. They have the skills to make slight design changes on-site to maximize performance for local conditions.

Warranty
In most cases, our products will have a standard one-year warranty to cover manufacturing defects. Some products will have different warranties. Our sales people can provide exact warranty information for specific orders.
