The 4001 Series

Our 4001 series 16 passenger Power Unit is a purpose designed vehicle for pulling the 3000, 4000 and 5000 series trailers. Styling is modern with clean sleek lines. The Power Unit features fibreglass or padded bench seats supported on a welded aluminium frame. The body is fitted with a fibreglass roof on a welded powder coated stainless steel frame. Available in either a two-wheel or four-wheel drive version with a choice of engines, the 4001 is a little under 22Ft (6.71m). long and slightly under 7ft (2.13m) wide. The 4001 can be also be used as a VIP vehicle when not towing passenger coaches.

The passenger trailers are available in 21, 28 or 35 passenger capacities and can be configured to your requirements. Seating is 3, 4 or 5 across depending on the model. The trailer frame is constructed of welded heavy duty stainless steel and features contoured fibreglass seats. Articulate steering provides optimum tracking in the path of the 4001 Power Unit. Widths are 56" (1.42m), 79" (2m) or 86" (2.18m) depending on model and are 21'5" long (6.55m).
